Som Pu Ma (Blue Crab Som Tam) ส้มปูม้า
⅓ cup shredded green papaya
⅓ cup shredded carrots
1 fresh blue crab
2 teaspoons dried shrimp
dried chile reconstituted in water
6 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon peanut
lettuce
3 sour baby eggplant
1 long bean
3 teaspoons Squid Brand fish sauce
3 tablespoons palm sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon tamarind water
In a motar, thoroughly pound garlic. Add long beans and
crab. Pound to break crab followed by all the ingredients. Pound until
combined. Add papaya, dried shrimp, and mix together. Scoop on a plate, served
with lettuce.
